This is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase your business at the Durga Pujo and put a stall to sell products to a diverse and vibrant community. Durga Puja is a significant cultural event that brings together Bengali and Indian communities from all over the region. It is a time of joy, celebration, and togetherness, making it the perfect occasion for you to expand your business reach and connect with potential customers.

1. Rate Inclusions: The subscription rate includes an entrance fee for one person, which covers food and access to the Puja and cultural events.
2. Additional Attendees: If you have additional people accompanying you, they will need to purchase one-day, two-day, or three-day tickets as needed. There will be no separate tickets available just for food or snacks.
3. Food Option: All vendor subscription rates include food. There is no option to subscribe without food.
4. Table Limit: Each stall can have a maximum of up to 2 tables. There will not be space for more than 2 tables.
5. Additional Items: Vendors must bring their own items like banners, tablecloths, mirrors, and hanging items.
6. Banner Setup: All banners should be self-standing or set up with a banner stand. We will not provide any equipment to set up the banners.
7. Reservation confirmation: Your spot is not confirmed until you have paid the vendor fee for your spot and received a confirmation from the BADV team.
8. Limited space: There are only few limited spaces available at the venue.
