We are pleased to announce that after a very long time BADV is arranging for an in-person Picnic/Fair event on September 4th, 2021 at Lum’s Pond State Park, Pavilion 4. Address: 1068 Howell School Rd, Bear, DE 19701.
We are very hopeful too that by then children of our community will all be vaccinated.
For all you beloved members there will be
- Games for all the grown-ups, and with prizes!
- Kolkata style street food, which can be bought at a nominal price.
- No initial money to be paid by you. Adult food can be bought for as little as $8 (rice, torkari, misti and hot, freshly made beguni). A serving of goat meat curry will be complementary for non-veg and chili paneer for vegetarian.
- Pizza at $2.00 per slice for children.
- All sorts of drinks will be available for a very reasonable price.

Since there is no fee and there is a cost involved for all the food items, we must request you to please rsvp to us at food@badv.us or, we are always happy to hear from you by text or phone call.
Park capacity is limited. Please rsvp as early as possible, giving the number of children and adults attending.
