Aanda Utsav – আনন্দ উৎসব

Dear All,

Our much awaited in-person Anada Utsav (আনন্দ উৎসব ) is here. Please mark your calendar for 14th May, 2022. Below are the details:

Address: Hindu Temple, 760 Yorklyn Rd, Hockessin DE.

Program Schedule:

11 AM-1:30 PM: Meet and Greet with Tea and Snack.

1:30 PM-2:15 PM : Lunch

2:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Cultural Programs

7:00 PM: Snack and good bye

Menu:

Morning Snack: Tea, Zhalmuri (ঝালমুড়ি ) and Cookie for Kids.

Adult Lunch:

(if your kids want adult food, please choose this option while paying)

Koraisutir Khochuri (কড়াইশুঁটির কচুরি )
Vegetable Chop (ভেজিটেবল চপ )
Dhokar Dalna (ধোঁকার ডানলা )
Fried Rice
Chanar Torkari ( ছানার ডালনা)/ Kofta (কোফতা )

Kids and Youth Lunch:

(If your kids want adult food, please choose that option while paying. Otherwise this will be served to kids below 8 and youth 8+)

Pizza, Noodles, Ice Cream and Drinks.

Evening Snacks: Phulkopir Singara (ফুলকপির সিঙাড়া ) and Misti (মিষ্টি )

You can navigate to Events-> ‘Pay for event’ or ‘Cart’ or ‘Checkout’. All payments are collected using secured PayPal gateway. You need not to have a PayPal account you can always pay using your own credit/debit card (PayPal is just processing entity).

Please Click Here in case you are interested to participate. Last date of sending your nomination is 4/19/2022. Please wait for confirmation from BADV after you send your nomination as timeslots are limited we may not accommodate all requests within limited time slot available.

We are finally offering in person stage performances after 2 and half years. So please come forward and  participate to your heart’s content. Many of you have shown your indomitable spirit in virtual programs during the past year in many events whether it is Saraswati puja, NABC or Mongol Sondhya. We did have a small but lovely in person show for the Kali Puja but it was with very short notice. Please gear up and show again your passion for Bengali culture and art.
