The main function of the Board is to maintain the continuity of the BENGALI ASSOCIATION OF DELAWARE VALLEY by giving advice and guidance to the Executive Committee in carrying out the objectives of the organization, to initiate formulation of new ideas and activities, and to act as the caretaker of all assets of the BADV.
